CONTAINER LOADING REQUIREMENTS
- The household goods cannot be loaded on top of and underneath the vehicle.
 - The vehicle cannot be loaded in the rear of the container.
 - Blocking/bracing must be present in the load to prevent the lading from moving.
 - All shipping papers, waybill and shipping instructions must clearly identify the lading with the appropriate STCC code and commodity description.
 - The lading must be secured to skids/pallets.
 - The skids/pallets must be loaded for equal weight distribution and blocked to restrict crosswise and lengthwise movement.
 - The vehicle’s fluids (oil and gas) must be drained to less than ¼ of a tank.
 - The batteries must be disconnected, and cable ends are to be taped.
 - Segregate irregular lading using blocking/bracing or separators/dividers.
 - The vehicles can only be loaded one high. No vehicles can be suspended with wires, chains, nylon banding, or blocking.
 - Each wheel of each vehicle must be blocked on both sides (tread side) and on the outside (wall of tire) of each tire.
 - The blocking is to be positioned lengthwise to the container.
 - The blocking must be 2 x 6 x 24" in dimension and laminated (two high).
 - Secure all blocking with sixteen penny nails
 - Position the nails every four inches in an alternating pattern
 - Apply nylon strapping to frame of the vehicle and to the container anchor points. Only one strap per anchor point, and four per vehicle
 - No Used computers or Refurbish computers should be loaded in the container
 - SUBJECT TO USA RAIL RESTRICTION: 1 AUTO/20' AND 2 AUTOS/40'. NO EXCEPTIONS
 - RATES NOT VALID IF CARGO IS USED COMPUTERS. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS
 - ALL DOOR POSITIONINGS MUST BE HANDLED AT A WAREHOUSE WITH CERTIFIED LOADING DOCK
 - All transactions made with Kin Services Inc to deliver the container cannot be cancelled 7 days before container's drop, otherwise you will be charged $250 (Cancellation fees) + Delmas container detention fees.
 - I should have subscribed to an insurance policy that covers the lost or damaged packages in advance, to submit a lost or damage claim.
